8.Wordings on Personalised Tags (for individually packed cupcakes)
9.Self collection /Delivery Required


-Acknowledgement of order recieved will be notified by e-mail.
-We do not reserve any baking schedule till payment is received and confirmed by us.
-We seek your understanding that we may decline any work that we feel is too intricate.
-Confirmation of order will be e-mailed to you only upon receipt of full payment.
-Payment is by Internet Bank Transfer (details will be e-mailed to you in our acknowledgement e-mail)
-For customers who place a deposit (50% of full payment) via Internet Bank Transfer to secure a baking  slot  in advance, kindly transfer the balance of the full payment at least 2 weeks before collection date.
-No refund of Deposit/Payment will be given for any cancellations made at any time.
-No amendments are allowed once orders are confirmed.
-Please note that cake/cupcake/cheesecake designs, colours or general appearance are subject to slight variations and availability of products / decorative accessories .
