Rum n Raisin Mousse Chocolate Cake

This was an interesting cake to make though it took quite a while.The cake is a chocolate sponge cake with alternating rum and raisin mousse and creamcheese frosting layers.Non alcoholic versions are made to suit those who don't consume alcohol.
